Once you have created an app within Peach, you can share the app flow with customers by using WhatsApp templates. Follow these steps to distribute your app:
- Create a WhatsApp Template:
- Start by designing a WhatsApp template that will be used to initiate the app flow. In this template, you can customize a greeting message for the customer.
- Along with the greeting, include an app flow button that customers can click to launch the app directly within WhatsApp.
- Broadcast the Template:
- After finalizing the WhatsApp template, it can be sent as a broadcast message to multiple customers at once.
- This approach ensures that customers can easily access and start interacting with your app flow with a single tap, enhancing user engagement.
