Message Quality Score
Your quality rating is a rating based on the recent messages that your customers have received over the past seven days.
This rating is determined by the feedback from your customers, such as the recent blocks, your phone number, and other reporting issues.
If your quality rating reaches a low state or your phone number status changes, you'll receive an email and notification in Business Manager as a warning. Your tier also gets downgraded accordingly.
The quality score is available at the template level. When the quality score goes low, you will see more delivery failures for that template.
