Before you connect or set up your WhatsApp API account via Peach, make sure you've read the pre-requisites thoroughly.

When you connect a WhatsApp number to Peach, you will be prompted to login to Facebook, and then do the following:
- Choose or Create a Meta Business Profile
- If you don't have a business profile set up already, you'll be asked to set it up. If you already have one, verify that the information is correct and move to setting up your WhatsApp account.
- Choose or Create a WhatsApp Business Account
- You will be asked to share details like industry and website.
- Verify Phone Number
- You can now add the phone number you want to associate with Peach. You will be asked to verify access to this phone number by confirming the One Time Passcode (OTP). You can choose to receive this code either using text (SMS) or through a phone call.
- If you are migrating a number from another provider, you'll be asked to verify if you are ok to move forward with the migration.
- Complete integration
- Once you have completed connecting Peach, the popup window would close, and you'd be redirected to WhatsApp accounts page on Peach that should list your newly connected phone number.
That's it. You're all set!
